Hi,

Your history suggests neuropathy involving sacro--coccygeal spinal nerves. It may also mean an inflammatory process and pathology involving your urogenital system like epididymitis, early stage of testicular torsion, hernia and the list goes on.

I suggest you go to your GP to be referred to a urologist, a neurologist and other appropriate specialists. Of course, you may order a high resolution CT on lower spine, ultrasound on right groin area or CT KUB on both lower parts of body. Maybe to start with your doctor, they may run basic tests like MSU, PCR, urethral swabs, full blood count, STDS etc. See your doctor. He is the best judge.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Law, General & Family Physician
