What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Vagina?

i recently had a uti and i was precribed ciprofloxacin and it went away for a couple weeks but now wen i urinate i get a tingling feeling after urination it last 2 or 3 seconds and it feels like its right in the opening of my vagina any idea whats going on
