What Causes Tingling Sensation In Thumb And Wrist?
When I use to masturbate in September 2014 with my right hand. It eventually started hurting during October. Although, I ve stopped masturbation with my right hand; it still hurts now a days. I get a tingly feeling on my thumb and the left side of my wrist now.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to nerve irritation or compression. Avoid masterbation by bending your hands. Splinting the wrist while sleeping and taking NSAIDs will be helpful. Taking vitamin b12 will be helpful also. Avoid hand to expose to cold or compressed especially while sleeping.
