What Causes Tingling Sensation Of The Hands?

i woke up friday and my feet felt as if they were on fire, then by the end of the day my hands felt they were on fire. Now its sunday and my feet are better but now my hands are tingly and finger tips feel like a rubber feeling. I dont have high blood pressure or high sugar. im 30yrs old. I have been going to a chirproactor from a auto accident could it be from a pinched nerve? please help
