I have a tingling sensation on the tip of my nose, I use a lot of eye drops which are steroids, timolol and another eye pressure drop, antibiotic and recently have been sneezing after using them . Also my nose seems irritated and I get a horrible taste in my mouth sometime after using eye drops.
Hello, Thanks for using HCM, Taste change or altered taste after using eye drops could be because of the eye drops draining to the nose and then throat. You use timolol drops , could be because of glaucoma.. You should consult your eye doctor to see if there is need to change the drops. The tingling sensation could be because of a nerve ie infraorbital nerve which passes below the eye and supply the tip of nose. May be there is irritation with the nerve. Talk to your doctor to examine and solve the issue Regards
