Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, any history of trauma, occupation and any other medical issue???
Based on the history given you seem to be suffering from
cervical spondylosis.
It is due to degeneration of the bones in the neck (vertebrae) and the disks between them which results in a narrowing of the space needed by the nerve roots that pass through the spine to the rest of your body thus resulting in pinching of the nerves causing pain and
tingling sensation on the face, neck, shoulder or upper back.
I therefore advise you to consult an orthopedic or neurosurgeon for further evaluation and certain tests like cervical (neck)
x ray, MRI scan, Nerve conduction studies, EMG may be requested to guide diagnosis and treatment.
Meanwhile you take the medicines like
Ibuprofen or
Paracetamol to control the pain associated with cervical spondylosis. Applying heat or ice to your neck can ease sore neck muscles.
Hope the advice given above would be useful.
A feedback is appreciated.
