What Causes Tingling Sensation On Penis Head And Swollen Testicle?
Hello. I have the following Symptoms: tingling sensation inside penis, also on the head (can t really tell where it s coming from sometimes). What appears to be an inflamed spot under the head on the pink foreskin on the left side Also: have went to the doctor several times with testicles hurting badly. Two times the us swollen to the point where it felt like there were three testicles. The docs said it was epididymis. Did an ultrasound on testicles and said it checked out ok. Got antibiotics both times. Still having trouble. Can you help?

You should do an uroculture and get antibiotics according to antibiograme.
You should take anti-inflammatory drugs such acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain and swelling. Use ice packages to reduce swelling.
