What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Arm , Leg And Neck?

I have tingling mainly on my left arm, neck and leg and a little on my right arm. I have off and on chest pains that aren't super severe but they don't feel right. I also have pain in my right shoulder at times. All of these symptoms have come and gone in the last couple of days but have started coming on more each day. What should I do?
