What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Arms And Hands?

In 2003 while i was working has a electrician i was drilling holes with a impact concreate drill. Over a period of time i was delevoping tingling in both my arms especially in my right hand.My grip strength was very low.I was told i had CTS in my right hand. after doing a NCT on my right hand there discovered i had CTS. So in 2004 their released it. It was very painfull when i was given a general I was still conscious at that time. Why was that ? Anyway at the end of the op i ask the anesthetist what did he give to stop the pain? no reply.Anyway over a period of 6 Years I developed a ulnerve entrapment i bang my funny bone 2 times and went off work. In 2007 i bag my elbow again and i could not move my elbow for about 10 mins then in dec 2007 while i was twisting wire etc using my pliers my grip stength was week.i was off work again but i keep getting tingling and numbness in my fingers and upper arms when i using vibrating tools. my tools are hammer drills into concrete. I have 3 EMG test on in 2004 showing mild to moderate ulnerve entrapment.then in 2009 and 2010. i had another tests but i could'nt withstand the electrical shocks their gave to me, and this cause very little results. Is their a better way to test if your ulnerve is entraped? I had a test done with feelers their use small thin like hairs to touch my fingers but at times when my arm is in a straight position i feel tingling in my fingers and i do not know if it is the fine hair that touching me on my fingers. While typing i am feeling tingling in my right digits 4 and 5 are the worse. I am seeing a plastic surgeon who performed my CTS release. Could I have Hand vibration Syndrome? Is there a test that can be done to determine if you have HAVS? I have been a Electrician all my life can you help me solve this? MY age is 53 years old.Please help me by giving me question to my plastic surgoen when I meet with him in due course. thank you
