What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Left Side Of Upper Back?

I am experiencing a tingling sensation that comes and goes on the left side of my upper back. It can be uncomfortable and irritating. I am a 49 year old female. What could be the causes. I did see a chiropractor and he said the problems was originating from my neck as it did not have an s shape. I did have poor posture in my teens that I try to correct often as an adult. My upper back is thick because of this. I have been having problems with my bowels and stomach and have been taking omenprazole for acid reflux and a stool softener daily. I do need to schedule a colonoscopy and endoscopy soon as per my gastro but he said it was not to be rushed and could be done so as soon as I was ready. What could it be?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Excessive gastritis can cause upper back pain or numbness but it is always better to over evaluate your symptoms. It's recommended for you to get a CBC, LFT, ECG and USG abdomen done.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
