I have gone to so many doctors and have taken many many blood tests, MRI etc. I took an allergy test and found that I am allergic to many foods. Could this be causing the problem. I feel really icky at least 5 days out of the week. I need help. I want to live a Normal vibrant life as I once did. I am usually a very active happy go getter and this is changling

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Yes, your symptoms are clearly indicative of allergic reaction only and as soon as you take the foods that you are allergic to, the symptoms of tingling in mouth and tongue and fatigue occurs..

So my suggestion is to first of all avoid taking all those foods that you are allergic to.

Along with it you should also consult an Immunologist and get further evaluated so that Immunotherapy can be done that can reduce the severity of allergy symptoms gradually..

But for now you should avoid allergy causing foods..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
