What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Top Of Shoulders?

Top of my shoulders, left most of the time, the right sometimes and both sometimes, I get a tingling feeling like bad circulation, what can this be, anything I should be checked for, has been happening for about a month, also several months ago, when getting out of the shower my back would itch real bad ??
