What Causes Tingling,itching And Burning Sensation On The Skin?

My question is strange, as is my situation. If someone were to extract the white powdery substance along with the longer, stringy substance and apply to skin, what kind of reaction would occur? Unfortunately, I am in a relationship with an abusive Narcosist who gets quite strange with his ways of hurting me. I believe, after MUCH research that this may be what he has been secretly applying on my cloths, hair, skin, ect... I experience a intense drying, itching, tingling, & burning sensation followed by dizziness & fast heart rate. He dors seem to be in bathroom for a long period of time before coming close to me, after which I start feeling the symptoms mentioned above. Hes on high blood pressure meds & has frequent urination as well. Hes not a chemist, but very wicked in concocting the coctail he has taken 7 years to perfect. I do need to say that altho I feel tge substance when contact has been made, but I cannot see it. Just an oily powdery film that dries my skin with tingling sensation. Keep in mind he may be mixing it with other non suspiscious items. Plez help! Im desperate to prove this theory of abuse before I leave the home in 1 month.
