What Causes Tingly Feeling In Left Arm And Face On Getting Upset?

Hi my name is Liz, I'm 29 yrs old.

Sunday night i got very upset.. more then i've ever been in my life.. after crying and arguing for a while i started feeling my left arm get numb.. then my left side of my face started tingling... i started getting worried so i tried to relax.. i ended up falling asleep and woke up feeling a bit better but ever since sunday if i get very upset my left arm starts to get tingly along with my face.. what could be happening..
