What Causes Tingly Feeling On Left Side Of The Head?

Hi my name is Sarah, and I am 15 years old. For a little while now, I have been experiencing weird sensations/ tingly feelings in the left hand side of my head. These normally last for a couple of minutes, then they go, but they then leave me feeling dizzy. I haven’t had any traumas’ to my head, or body recently. I told my parents about this, however they didn’t really listen, and I know that something isn’t right, so I was wondering if you could help? Thank you.
