What Causes Tinnitus Along With Dizziness And Fatigue?

Hi. i have had ringing in my ears for at least a few months. it wakes me up. seems to be getting louder. don,t think I am getting the sleep i need at night. seem to get tired at around noon. some times have to lay down take a half hour nap. seems i feel a little better after that. just don,t have much energy, get dizzy, don,t have no sex drive, and my memory is getting bad.

After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist for planning your medical management. If your symptoms are associated with hearing loss, along with tinnitus and dizziness, you may be having Meniere's disease and needs an ENT evaluation.
