What Causes Tinnitus Along With Dizziness?

Hi I was wondering could you tell me, I ve been experiencing ringing in my ears. Also getting a wuzzy feeling now and again, like you would with a flu. And the odd time, when sitting then when getting up, experience a little head rush. Does this sound to you as very bad sinus? Its a few weeks now, I ve been experiencing the ringing in both ears. Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
In my opinion your symptoms are most likely showing towards Minieres disease of the ear in which you will have tinnitus,vertigo and deafness. But keep iin mind that rather a sinus problem it is most likely due to ear problem. You need to take hearing tests and balance tests to known the cause.
