Hi,I m not exactly sure what it is that s wrong with me...I am 49,5/6 tall,120ibs,History of anemia,not sure of the cause of my anemia but i m having ringing in my left ear,and feeling lightheaded and feeling off balanced.Plus my throat feels raw and i m having loss in my voice...

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear you may be suffering from acute pharyngitis with eustachian tube blockade. Which may cause fluid accumulation and lead to tinnitus and balance loss.

Please avoid cool drinks and freez water, Avoid allergen. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling. use tab. alday dc twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
