What Causes Tinnitus And Headache After A Head Injury?

hello, 8 days ago I suffered a fall while walking backwards and tripped over a step. the first thing to hit the concrete floor was my tailbone and the back of my head.. instantly my ears started ringing and the back of my head started throbbing. my ears have stopped ringing continuosly but my right my right ear is like its stopped up when on a plane and trying to unstop it the conventional way might make it pop but does not unclog it. I can hear myself breathe like if i have earplugs in. Everything is amplified tremendously. im not sure what i should do.
