What Causes Tinnitus And Headache Despite Correcting Septum Post Rhinoplasty?
Hi.I had rhinoplasty 5 years ago after surgery I had clogged ears headache and after 6 month tinnitus come into the picture after use of long steroidal spray no changes were observed day by day my left nose was blocked i met each and every surgeon in my city but all of them give the steroidal apart and ask to use for 2-3 month .I am fed of these spray .Eventually my initial doctor met me once who have done rhinoplasty ..he checked that the turbinate hypotrophy is there and septum is deviated .He asked to go for surgery correcting septum and trimming turbinates 2 weeks ago he agained performed the surgery .Now after 2 weeks I can eleborate my condition nose breathing eventually good but clogged ears same tinnitus same headache increased.I am very much frustrated from all this do anyone has its solution
causes may be related to loss of hearing due to advance age. noise pollution, and excessive wax. may be perforation of tympanic membraneexpouser to variation of atmospheric pressure. prognosis is not good, so you have to accept it as part of life and acquainted with noise. slowly you can over come it and forget about it
