What Causes Tinnitus And Jaw Pain?

I have a deep humming noise in my ears all the time for about 6 months. Just now I noticed when I open my mouth real wide, I get this load high pitch ringing noise too. Why is all of this happening? About two months before all this started, I suddenly developed this pain in my jaw. The pain was like I had been punched in my jaw. Chewing was kind of painful. But after two months it went away & the this humming started eventually. I don t know how and why the jaw pain started! Do you have any idea?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the humming sound you experience then it may not be due to any disease but I would advise to get done the MRI test if this is unremarkable then the symptoms could be due to hallucination, jaw pain could be due to TM joint arthritis changes, and for that you can try "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
I find this answer helpful
