What Causes Tinnitus, Burning Sensation In Ears And Head Along With Unsteady Gait?
I woke up on Tuesday and my ears and head had a burning sensation, my ears were ringing, off balance, and my vision was a bit blurred. I was able to walk and talk but the ringing was very loud and burning was quite intense. Never experienced this before.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tinnitus, burning sensation in ears and head along with unsteady gait which isn't a condition itself but it's a symptom of an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury, temporomandibular dysfunction or a circulatory system disorder. Stress and anxiety can also cause tinnitus and burning sensation can occur due to condition like trigeminal neuralgia , so consult neurologist . Need not to worry. You should avoid touching or pricking ear. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination and to find out exact cause. Doctor may order certain tests like audiological test , rushing test, high and low pitched test. Doctor may prescribe tricyclic antidepressants , alprazolam and devices like hearing aids and masking devices .
