General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxismal vertigo which is an issue of the inner ear.
I suggest using a symptomatic treatment such as Meclizine Hydrochloride three times a day.
I also suggest go avoid salt in the diet.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to see an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
