What happens when you get up from his a seated position to standing position and you start getting a ringing in your ear and do you get a headache and feels like the top your head to blow off and you re getting lightheaded and you need something to help you stand up or you need to sit down and your eyes.

It is a sign of low blood pressure. Do not get dehydrated. Another cause is some drugs as diuretics used as blood pressure medications.
