What Causes Tinnitus In Head, Lack Of Focus And Pain In Back Of Head?

I started having a squishing sound in my head. It last only for a second or so. During this time my eyes have a hard time focusing but then corrects themselves. I have been experiencing pain in the back of my head feeling like I am being stung by wasp. This pain will last only a little while and then it is gone. During these times I feel just a little off center.

Hi measure your blood pressure.this symptoms may be because of hypertension.vitreous hemorrhage,retinopathy also have to be ruled out.for that do direct ophthelmoscopy
Then according cause treatment done.
For hypertension enalapril can be started.
