What Causes Tinnitus In The Left Ear While On Topiramate And Duromine?
i am female, age 45, my weight was 118kg, doctor has gave me topiramate 25mg plus duromine 30mg as a program to loose weight, i m now on 6 days medication but on second day medication, i found that i got my left ear ringing... so can i still continue to take this medicine to loose weight, please advise & thank you

Tinnitus is known side effect of topiramate use in some patients and generally harmless.
If severity is tolerable you can continue taking medication as it is self-limited nature of side effects.
In case it is affecting your life badly call your doctor to discuss alternative weight loss medications.
