Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have tinnitus, mild headache and intermittent headache . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are either due to acoustic neuroma or meniere's disease .Meniere’s disease is a disorder that affects the inner ear . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order tests like audiometry , electrocochleography , electronystagmography , rotary chair , VEMP , posturography , magnetic resonance imaging and computerized tomography to confirm the diagnosis and rule out condition like sinusitis . Doctor may prescribe anti enetic drug , sedatives , supplement like ginkgo biloba , hearing aid , meniett device and may recommend endolymphatic sac procedure and surgery in case of acoustic neuroma .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acoustic neuroma , ear infection , condition like meniere's disease and allergic reaction . There can be other conditions also like alteration in blood pressure local or overall . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood tets , examine with otoscope , order CT scan and hearing test , because tinnitus also occur when there is hearing loss , which can occur due to age factor or other reasons .
