What Causes Tinnitus, Muffled Hearing And Dizziness?

I have been having strange symptoms today. My head starts to hum, my hearing gets muffled, when I talk it sounds like I am talking in a can. I then get dizzy and feel hot. I have never had symptoms like this. I have not been taking any new drugs. I take levothyroxine and omepryzol.
