What Causes Tinnitus While Treating Bronchitis?

I am on a 2nd round of antibiotics for bronchitis. Going into week 3. Am feeling better, coughing less and less head congestion but my ears have been ringing since last week. Is this something that should subside? High pitched constant noise. Very annoying. Is this a result of the head congestion I ve had? Thanks
