General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a bacterial skin infection.

I suggest to use hydrogen peroxide to clean the area.

I also suggest to use an antibiotic cream for local application such as Neosporin cream.

I recommend using Cetirizine 10 mg to relieve the itching.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
