What Causes Tiny Blisters Around The Penis Head?

I had a protected sex with a lady in poland..next day i observed ringworm kind of structure on penis head. I applied antifungal cream on it and it got disappeared in a weak.after gap of 3 months I got painless tiny blisters on my penis head .absolutely no itching and pain.i visited a skin specialist.he adviced me just to apply coconut oil and told me not to worry about it..they apear mostly after sex or masturbating.can you please help me figure out what it is and how to get rid of it.

I have gone through your query. The tiny blisters you have is most likely fordyce spots. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. These are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless. Taking more garlic and anti oxidants are helpful to get rid off this. Avoid sweaty and greasy environment on genital area as this can increase its occurrence. Applying tretinoin cream is also helpful for this.
