What Causes Tiny Blisters On My Grandsons Tongue?

My grandson has a couple of tiny blisters under his tongue and won't eat much. Just yogurt and banana bread. It has been about three days that it has been bad. I thought it was canker sores but they are not big and open like canker sores. They are tiny blisters and his jaw even hurts. Should he have a doctor look at it or just wait it out.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that such lesion comes around on its own you need to wait for some time if this does not cured then this need to be seen clinically no need to apply anything because such oral lesion always demands the clinical examination, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
