What Causes Tiny Blisters On The Leg With Pus Oozing In A COPD Suffering Patient?
i Was recently diagnosed with COPD have been using neublizer treatments 2 x's day. Recently developed lower leg extremity with little tiny blisters that are oozing.

i completely understand your question
it seems two of the diseases are different. these blisters do not occur in copd not they seem like , side effect of any drug.
in copd patients there is hyper pigmentation of knees and elbows and pressure sores over the knees and elbows due to sitting in same position for quite a long time
u need to see a dermatologist
