What Causes Tiny Brown Spots All Over The Body?

hello, i am 22 years old (5 ft 3) and just 2 months ago i noticed loads of flat tiny brown spots on my back and in order to get rid of them i started exfoliating using a body mitt. suddenly a couple of weeks later they spread all over the body and are making my skin look darker. what could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to hypersensitivity reaction and this can be treated with Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day and locally this can be managed with Diphenhydramine lotion better to try this, hope this information helps, have a nice day
