What Causes Tiny Bumps On Inner Fore Arm And Shoulder?

I have noticed little tiny bumps on my inner fore arm and some on my shoulders. They are kinda itchy sometimes and I have noticed them before if working out in the yard in the heat but they usually go away. I also have had some sorta bumps on the side of my face. Could they be some kind of viral thing? I also have had a sinus infection in my nose and a cough.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having polymorphic light eruption.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on affected skin twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
