hello. thank you for willing to answer my questins. what are the tiny bumps, like a skin rash on the inside of my labia minora symptoms of? they itch sometimes. the look like tiny needles of flesh that are sticking up and are the colour of skin. abt a mm high. my discharge is a thick creamy white.
