What Causes Tiny Bumps On The Back?
I don t know what these are called but they are tiny bumps that i can feel on my back. They are not red and they are not very noticeable. It feels like a grain of sand and i can easily scratch it off. I don t know if it is some sort of bacne. What can I do? Thanks!

Hi.
As per your case history you are having miliria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, topical steroid cream given only after consulting a dermatologist.
