What Causes Tiny Bumps Spreading From Feet Up To The Ankles?

I have red like tiny bumps all over both feet going up my ankles, about 4inch up my leg mostly on the sides. These bumps are a the size of a pin head and other than being red, it looks like a connect the dots. I was working on the computer and out of nowhere the appeared. They don t itch really, but they are frightening bc I never had anything remotely this crazy. I have a mold problem in my house that I rent. I have been getting worse as far as energy level, sleeping patterns are crazy and I started sleep walking, and that is scary too bc I have hurt myself as well. I really need some professional advice.
