What Causes Tiny Indentations On The Palms?

I get tiny little holes in the ridge lines in my hands. After time some of these holes fill in and form a tiny knot. They can become very tender at times and at it s worst limits my grip on things. Then a couple weeks later they are gone and just back to holes again. Would you happen to have any ideas of what it could be?

Hi,

The tiny indentations can be due to fluid retention. I suggest you to do several examinations to understand the cause of your symptoms. A complete blood count, a cardiac examination and liver enzymes are the recommended examinations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
