What Causes Tiny Itchy Bumps All Over My Body?

I have very small itchy bumps that have been spreading all over my body. Some with little black dots on it. I can pop them but i m not sure if it s puss or blood coming out, maybe both. The itching keeps me up all night. Benadryll does not even work. The bumps are on my legs, arms, stomach, chest, & neck. Any clue what it could be??

Thanks for the query,
you might be suffering from scabies.
It will be better to take an application of permethrin.
Also take an anti histamine tablet.
This will control the itch.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.And get the medication prescribed.
