What Causes Tiny Itchy Bumps On Shoulder With Weakness In Arm?

I have a bump above the left collarbone that feels like sand. We noticed it two weeks ago or more. I have had some weakness in my arm. It wasnt visible on the outside until the last couple of days. I have been waking up with night sweats and itching on my arms.

Hi,

I see possibility of bump causing pressure on nerve supplying hand..causing weakness. You need to get it diagnosed by a surgeon by examination and needful investigations followed by specific treatment.
