What Causes Tiny Lumps On The Inner Vaginal Lip?

Hi so I have recently become recently paranoid about STDs. Because of this, I have been examining myself a good amount more. I know I ve had this type of texture on my labia but it s making me nervous. When I pull the lips I can see pimple like bumps under the skin. No pain or irritation, and I think they are a bit bigger because I was sweating earlier in the day. One looks bigger than the rest but it still seems to be under the skin like the rest. Is this normal?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
All tiny lump do not due to STDs.
It may be cyst that is common in vaginal area.
I think it is skene's duct cyst: It look like pimple near the urethra.
It require no treatment.
But if associated with itching, redness and pain , it require drainage and antibiotics

Following are the other cause of lump in vagina:
1. Blocked hair follicle
2. Blocked sweat gland
3. Fordyce cyst
4. Molluscum contagium
5. Bartholin cyst: rare

All this cyst are pain less and harmless genereally.
Do not pop up , it causes infection and bleeding
But if it is very large and assosiated with pain, dysuria, fever, itching , redness and foul smelling vaginal discharge.
Then
You should think about STDs and would like to test for STDs and
And consult to doctor for drianage and take antibiotics.
Also maintain hygiene and keep the area dry.
