General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the tiny rashes with water filled blisters in form of vesicles do indicate severe dermatitis most likely infective origin. Gram positive staph aureus is usual responsible bug for the same, though other viral lesions have to be ruled out by physical examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
