What Causes Tiny Ridges All Around The Eye And Double Vision?

My son s right eye feels like it s being poked all around the outside. He also constantly sees things in double. He has had several eye injuries. Do you know what may cause his eye to feel like it s being poked all around the outside and seeing double?

his main complain is double vision. eye examination is to be done specialymuscle function are to be tested. it appears to be muscular injury is the cause of diplopia.
