What Causes Tiny Spot Of Blood On Panties When Pushing Myself Hard?
I'm female, 48, 229 lbs. (down from 262 lbs., from starting my diet/exercising in 9/2013), and I'm 5'4. This only happens when I push myself hard on the my bike rides. There will a tiny spot of blood on the panties. Well, this last one was more than tiny, and about half the size of a dime. Since September of last year this is the first reoccurrence. Total times in the last few years 4-5 at most. Did I just push myself to hard? Thanks for any help. :)
