What Causes Tiny Spot On The Leg?

Hi, I just noticed a tiny spot on my leg. This spot use to be a normal looking freckle. Its a little raised and looks almost black looking and it literally just showed up. Its not asymmetrical and looks nothing like the pictures for melanoma. What could it be?? Please help Ali

Hi.
As per your case history you are having either a wart or seborrheic keratosis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. If it is not bothering you then let it be as it is.
3. Treatment options are cryotherapy, cauterization or laser done only after consulting a dermatologist.
