What Causes Tiny Spots Above Elbow?

Over the past two weeks I have been getting lot of tiny little spots just right above my elbow and since last week they have got bigger, they are not itchy and don t hurt but I just don t know how it got there. I have some pictures that I took of them if you would like to see them. Thank you

Hi.
As per your case you are having phrynoderma spots on elbow.
It is caused by vitamin A deficiency.
My treatment advice is -
1. Take food rich in vitamin A like papaya, mango, carrots, radish.
2. Take a vitamin A supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream twice daily on it.
