What Causes Tired, Breathing Trouble, Stuffed Nose, Sneezing, Watery Eyes?

Hello Dr.

I am a very healthy 43 year old woman, for the last week and a half I have been tired, had difficulty taking deep breaths, a stuffed up nose, sneezing, watery eyes and a little cough which dislodges thick phlegm in small amounts. Do I need to see a doctor? Thank you!

Hi , your clinical history is suggestive of allergic rhinitis.

Start Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal drop , levocetirizine + Montelukast combination & paracetamol .

If you donot get relief , ENT examination & investigation become essential.
