What Causes Tired Eyes While Suffering From A Heart Disease?

My husbands eyes for some reason look almost as though he's lost the youthful look he use to have and now it appears that he almost looks completely bland of any youthful look and I don't mean a cosmetic look

He is having a heart valve issue at this time and I am wondering if the two are related.

it is normal. can gofor eye checkup by eye doctor visual acuity and fundus examination may be done. take ecg and consult cardiologist eye and heart should be checked regularly.
