Hi i had ovulation spotting for,the first time this,month ever lasted roughly,4 days on and off had unprotected sex 3 times in that period. Last night and today im very tired like i can bearly stay awake i have had 3 boys and now i am feeling the way i,was with them,but,worse can,you give me,any idea on what it is please

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you are regular with your cycles, your chances of conception are high since you had the intercourse during the fertile period. If you have a missed period, please go for the home pregnancy test 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. For a better and earlier detection, you can get the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titers. Further management can be planned accordingly. Take care.
